निर्भया केस: 22 जनवरी को होने वाली फांसी के मामले में कोर्ट ने जारी किया वारंट
प्रेरणा मेहरोत्रा द्वारा लिखित विभिन्न समाचार पत्रों के आधार पर दी गयी जानकारी पर आधारित।
इतने सालो की संघर्षो के बाद ही सही, आज पूरे देश में जैसे निर्भया केस के इंसाफ का शंख बज रहा है ।
इतिहास के उन पन्नो को खोले जिसमे 23 वर्षीय लड़की का 16 दिसंबर 2012 को चलती बस में छह लोगों ने सामूहिक बलात्कार किया था जिसके कारण एक निर्दोष को अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ी,जिसमे मुख्य आरोपी राम सिंह ने मुकदमे के दौरान तिहाड़ जेल में ही आत्महत्या कर ली थी। उस घटना के बाद सभी आरोपियों को पकड़ लिया गया इनमे से एक आरोपी(मोहम्मद अफरोज) नाबालिग था इसलिए उसे उत्तरी दिल्ली के मजनू का टीला में तीन साल के लिए सुधार गृह भेज दिया गया क्योंकि उसकी उम्र 18 वर्ष से कम थी।ऐसी खबरें थीं कि सभी आरोपियों के बीच किशोर ‘सबसे क्रूर’ में से एक था, क्योंकि उसने लोहे की रॉड से उस पर हमला किया था।बचे चार दोषियों को आज मृत्यु दंड सुनाया गया वो है मुकेश, विनय शर्मा, अक्षय सिंह और पवन गुप्ता।
सूत्रों के आधार पर आज 7/1 /2020 को दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने 2012 निर्भया गैंगरेप और हत्या मामले में चार दोषियों के खिलाफ मौत का वारंट जारी किया और बताया दोषियों को फांसी 22 जनवरी को सुबह 7 बजे तिहाड़ की जेल में दी जाएगी ।यह आदेश न्यायाधीश सतीश कुमार अरोड़ा ने सुनाया, जिन्होंने आरोपियों के खिलाफ डेथ वारंट जारी किया।सुनवाई के दौरान अभियोजन पक्ष ने कहा कि अभी किसी भी अदालत या राष्ट्रपति के समक्ष कोई भी आवेदन रुका हुआ नहीं है और सभी आरोपियों की समीक्षा याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है.
अदालत के आदेश पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए, निर्दोषी निर्भया की माँ श्रीमती आशा देवी ने कहा “आज मेरी बेटी को इंसाफ मिला और इन 4 दोषियों की सजा देश की और महिलाओं को भी जो इसी प्रकार की परिस्थिति से गुज़र रही है या गुज़री है उन्हें भी सशक्त बनाएगी और उन्होंने ये भी कहा की इस फैसले से न्यायिक प्रणाली में जनता का विश्वास और भी मजबूत होगा।”
अदालत के इस निर्णय से देश और समाज में यह भी सन्देश जायेगा कि इस प्रकार के अपराधियों द्वारा किये गये कूकृत्य की उन्हें सज़ा अवश्य मिलेगी भले ही इसमें कुछ समय ही क्यों ना लग जाए मगर हर निर्दोष को इंसाफ ज़रूर मिलेगा।

Finally the Justice come but the first comes in mind… Why so late… Inspite of having evidence, it takes so long time(8 years).. I m NT against the process but wish the same result much more earlier..

परन्तु इस तरह के केस में कोर्ट को तुरंत अपना फैसला सुनाना चाहिऐ
ये फैसला इनके तथा इन जैसे उन तमाम
अपराधीयो के लिए एक बहुत अच्छा सब्ब है
जो इन जैसे कुकृत्य को अजाम देते है

This is a historical judgement of Patiala house court but it should have been better if this process could complete in a year.

I wish this happened earlier. The judiciary system takes too much time to decide whether the accused is guilty or not. We should have fast courts for these kinds of incidents.
