Upgraded cloak rooms will provide digital locker service at minimal cost. The uncomfortable steel seats will be replaced by cushion-based seats and sofas.

Some other facilities like food trolleys, charging points, printing facilities, vending machines and travel desk will also be provided to the passengers.

The lounges will reportedly have glass walls which will allow passengers to have a direct view of the platform. and entry to these lounges will be regulated by a card-based system.

The report stated that these upgraded cloak rooms with digital lockers will have CCTV surveillance. Passengers will be able to use the digital locker service through the mobile app and can pay for the same using digital wallets as well.
