CRPF personnel go out of way to help Kashmiri girl

In Shrinagar, CRPF personnel went beyond their way to help a Kashmiri girl set her life.

Sakeena, resident to Kashmir, approached CRPF for the help for her sister’s education. It moved the CRPF personnel and they decided to collect funds among themselves. They purchased a sewing machine for Sakeena with which she can make her living. They also assured her that they will bear all expenses for her sister’s education. This also complies with Narendra Modi’’s call for campaign ‘Beti Bacho, Beti Padhao’’.

Central Reserve Police Force CRPF, has been proactive in this area. They have been providing assistance to needy and poor since June, 2017.

“All these personnel are part of the CRPF’s Madadgaar team, a 24×7 helpline for Kashmiris residing within and outside J&K. This unit has been proactive in providing assistance of various kinds to the needy and poor since June 16, 2017, and has received more than three lakh calls for help from Kashmiris in the past one and a half years,” the CRPF said in a statement.
